Challenge: Establish a reliable network connecting farmers with efficient milk bulking infrastructure.
Our solution: Recruited farmers, developed five collection centres, commissioned equipment, and managed centre operations.
Outcome: A coordinated milk collection network supported through the path to break-even.

Olkalou Dairy Tumaini Plant

Challenge: Create a quality-focused collection centre backed by informed local producers.
Our solution: Conducted the baseline survey, set up the centre, supplied equipment, and delivered farmer and hygiene education.
Outcome: A better-equipped dairy community with stronger milk-handling practices.

Springfield Dairy, Lugari

Challenge: Revitalise an existing collection operation and add value through local processing.
Our solution: Mapped farmers, renovated the centre, supplied chilling and pasteurisation equipment, and provided management support.
Outcome: A renewed collection and processing facility positioned for sustainable operation.
